Residents must park only in the parking bay(s) allocated to their apartment.
Visitors to Reserve Grandstand Apartments may park in any of 39 designated visitor car bays located within the two-level basement. Generally, visitor car parking bays are located immediately adjacent to the basement entry point from Graylands Road and outside of the secure roller shutters. Some visitor bays are inside the secure roller shutters. Visitor car parking bays are clearly signed.
