Residents have exclusive access to a number of common areas including private residential courtyards and a communal Rooftop Terrace with BBQ facilities.
ROOFTOP TERRACE
The Rooftop Terrace on the 6th level of the Reserve includes a stylish dining area equipped with a built-in BBQ and fridge along with a separate built-in seating area adjacent to the kitchen. All furniture provided to the Rooftop Terrace has been fixed in place for safety purposes ensuring no loose furniture can be dragged adjacent to the balustrade and create a climbing risk.
Residents must abide by the guidelines for use as well as book the terrace in advance.
COURTYARDS
There is an internal courtyard located within the Grandstand for increased natural ventilation and solar exposure. Landscaped walkways, built-in seating and a feature hanging green veil extending to all levels provide a passive space for use by Grandstand residents.
The private garden of the Reserve includes landscaped lawn, garden beds and seating areas. Access is by the electronic FOB.
