As many will know I live the apartment lifestyle at “Claremont on the Park”, officially known as the North East Precinct or described by many as “around Claremont Oval”.
It is over 7 years since “The Pocket”, the first apartment complex was completed with approximately one hundred apartments. Development continued around the precinct with “Grandstand”,140 apartments and “Reserve” 94, both built by Mirvac and completed in December 2018. In late 2019 Blackburne completed “Essence” with another 130 apartments and more recently in 2021, the “Lucent” complex with around 40 apartments was opened.
